V.3 STUDENT INFO MODULE
EDUSAP admin and Staff logins help in adding and managing student details in EDUSAP. Student details can be added as single entries or bulk entries.
V.3.a ADDING STUDENT.
V. 3. a.i ADDING SINGLE STUDENT.
Step1.Click on the ADD STUDENT button.
Step 2. Enter the basic details including the name, class,division, guardian name and contact details.(red rimmed boxes indicate the mandatory fields.)
Step 3. (optional) Assign the fees to the student (Refer V.5)
Step 4. Submit.
V. 3. a.ii BULK UPLOADING.
Step 1.Click on IMPORT STUDENT button
Step 2. Read and follow the instructions to the point in the window.
Step 3. Download the template.
Step 4. Fill the details.(mandatory fields as per the list in the instructions)
Step 5. Choose the class and division.
Step 6.Upload the saved excel file. After updating the details. Using the choose file option.
Step 7. Submit.
V. 3. b. SHARING CREDENTIALS
Once the students are added they can be provided with the student login credentials.
Step 1. Select the class and division.
Step 2.Tick the students' names.
Step 3. Press the Send credentials button.
Credentials will be shared in SMS format.
V. 3. c. EDIT STUDENT DETAILS
Student details once entered can be edited.
Step 1. Select the student by clicking their name.
Step 2. In the window showcasing the details. Select the Edit option.
Step 3. Make the edits.
Step 4. Submit.
V. 3. d. RESET PASSWORD.
Student passwords can be reset using the admin login or the student individual profile.
V. 3. d. i USING ADMIN LOGIN
Step 1. Select the student by clicking their name.
Step 2. In the window showcasing the details. Select the Edit option.
Step 3. Select the reset password button at the bottom.
Step 4. Reset password by providing new password and confirming it.
Step 5. (optional) Tick the SEND AS SMS button.
Step 6. Press Change Password.
V. 3. d. ii USING INDIVIDUAL LOGIN
Step 1. Login to the individual profiles (staff or student).
Step 2. Click on the PROFILE button at the end of the menu bar.
Step 3. Click on the change password button.
Step 4. Give the old password, and new password.
Step 5. Verify the new password.
Step 6. Press the Submit button
V. 3. e. DELETE THE STUDENT.
Unwanted students can be removed from the system using the DELETE option.
Option 1.
Step 1. Select the student by clicking their name.
Step 2. In the window showcasing the details. Select the edit option at the top right corner.
Step 3. Click DELETE STUDENT at the bottom right corner. And confirm the delete status in the popped window.
Option 2.
Step 1. Select the class and division.
Step 2. Select the students with a tick mark in the boxes near their name.
Step 3. Press the delete button at the top.
V. 3. f. PRINT OR EXPORT STUDENT DETAILS.
Student details can be easily exported or can be printed .
Step 1.Select the class and division.
Step 2.Press on the PRINT or EXPORT button to obtain the corresponding class student file.
V. 3. g. BULK PHOTO UPLOAD
Students profile pics can be uploaded in bulk.
Step 1. Select the class and division
Step 2. Select the bulk upload button.
Step 3. Using the Choose file option select the photo files. (provided the file name should be the student admission number.)
Step 4. Press start Upload.
V. 3. h CHANGE CLASS
Students can be moved from one class to another with single steps.
Step 1.Select the class and division.
Step 2. Select the students by placing a tick on the required student name.
Step 3. Press CHANGE class option.
Step 4. Specify the class to which they have to be moved.
Step 5. Press SUBMIT.
V. 3.i. DEACTIVATE A STUDENT .
Admin has the authority to deactivate the students profiles if required. Is like suspending the student login, by keeping their details in the admin login but students will not be able to access their individual logins.
Step 1.Select the class and division.
Step 2. Then select the student or students then by placing a tick in the boxes.
Step 3. Press on DEACTIVATE BUTTON.
Step 4. Will ask for the SMS and LOGIN details , please press no to the both responses and give SUBMIT.
V. 3. j. PROMOTE STUDENT.
During the change of academic years, we can promote the students from one class to the next using the steps.
Step 1.Select the class and division
Step 2.Then tick the students.
Step 3.Press on PROMOTE after giving the academic year, and class to which we should promote them.
Step 4.Then press PROMOTE.
If in case the institution treats the said promotes as new admission, the tick on change admission number box. After entering the details requested in the provided boxes (admission date, new admission number ) and press PROMOTE button
V. 3. k TRANSFER STUDENT
Transferring of students and their tc generations can be done effectively
Step 1.Select the class and division.
Step 2.Then tick the required students.
Step 3.Press on the Transfer button.
Step 4.Fill on the last working day.
Step 5. (Optional) If the student is already a graduate, tick on HAS GRADUATED.
Step 6. Click on TRANSFER..
V. 3. l. DOCUMENTS UPLOADING
Student documents can be uploaded and kept in the system.
Step 1. Select the class and division.
Step 2. Select the student by clicking their name.
Step 3. In the window which showcases the student details select the DOCUMENTS button.
Step 4. In the upcoming window, student details will be displayed , and there please click the UPLOAD button.
Step 5. Give the document name and upload the document using the CHOOSE FILE option.
Step 6. Press UPLOAD.
V. 3. m. PROGRESS REPORT
Individual student progress report is also available in EDUSAP with the complete details of student attendance, late sms report, marksheet, video watched logs, online exam marksheet, homework status etc. To open Progress report
Step 1. Select class and division.
Step 2. Select the student.
Step 3. In the window with the details press PROGRESS REPORT,
Step 4. Each report detail is available on selecting the corresponding buttons in the reports, e.g. to get an unwatched history of videos click the UNWATCHED HISTORY button in the video watched log.
Step 5. Pdf format file and print is available of the progress report
Shortcuts to share SMS from each class are also available in the window, using the SEND SMS button.
