V.15 REPORTS

Different sets of reports are available in EDUSAP for the ease and effective functioning of the institution. 

 

V. 15. a. LOGIN REPORT

 

This report helps to find the student lists with their last login date and time info. Which is in class wise formats.

Step 1. Select REPORT Option from the menu bar. 

Step 2. Click on LOGIN REPORT, 

Step 3. Select the class and division. 

 { Count of total students, logged students and remaining students is displayed. As well as the class wise  list of students with their last login date and time , their guardian number is also available. 

Step 4. PDF, EXPORT and PRINT buttons are available to do pdf extraction , excel export and to take print. 

 

V. 15. b. ADMISSION REPORT.

 

Detailed admission report for the selected academic year is available here.  

Step 1. Select the REPORT option from the menu bar. 

Step 2. Click on ADMISSION REPORT.

 {A report with a different set of categorisation is available with a customisable date option}

Step 3. We can select the from and to dates. 

Step 4. Class, division, gender, Residence category, special category, admission prefix all these details are available for sorting the details.

Step 5. Press the radio button of each category to collect that consecutive list. 

Step 6. Use the PRINT button to take print of the details. 

Step 7. PDF or Excel exporting is available using PDF and EXPORT buttons. 

 

V. 15. c. ADMISSION REGISTER.

 

A complete admission report of students whoever took admission to the institution is available here. Including the Deleted, and TC generated students.  

Step 1. Select REPORT module, 

Step 2. Click on ADMISSION REGISTER. 

{A detailed report along with current status for every student of that institution is available there.}

Step 3. We can take PRINT, or can EXPORT the PDF or EXCEL files from here. Using PRINT, PDF, EXPORT buttons. 

 

V. 15. d. STUDENT INFORMATION 

 

A complete list of students and guardians with various fields of categorisation is available in EDUSAP.

Step 1. Select the REPORT option from the Menu bar.

Step 2. Click on the STUDENT INFORMATION menu.

Step 3. Select the Student details or Guardian report.

Step 4. Select the class, division, gender, category and special category. 

Step 5. Print, PDF and export options are available using the buttons with the same name.  

 

V. 15. e. CROSS COUNTING

 

Cross counting helps in obtaining the students' count according to the special category sorting, like gender vise sorting  or caste or religion wise sorting if required.

There are 3 lists
      a. Student count - This list showcases the number of Male and Female students in each class and division , also will permit us in getting the count after sorting with religion or caste category.

      

      b. Yearly count - Showcase number of students in the school per year. 

  

      c. Religious wise - Showcasing the student count in particular caste or religion in each class.
   

V. 15 .f. TEACHER’S LIST

Edusap has a Teacher list report in the report module which will showcase the complete details of teachers, and this can be sorted according to their assigned  class, division and subjects assigned to them. This report after sorting or as such can be exported as well using the EXPORT button. 

Step 1. Select the REPORT option from the Menu bar.

Step 2. Click on the TEACHER’S LIST from the menu.

Step 3. List of complete teaching staff is available. 

Step 4. If required can sort by class, division and subject wise. 

PS: MULTIPLE CLASS selection is also available in the SELECT CLASS search box.

 

V. 15. g. ATTENDANCE REPORT

Gives the correct report of attendance for every month and is functioning with the date sorting.Can check the class and division based reports for every month and year. 

Step 1. Select the REPORT option from the Menu bar.

Step 2. Click on the ATTENDANCE REPORT from the menu.

Step 3. If required can sort by class, division and subject wise. 

The sorted report can be printed , saved as PDF or can be exported to an excel file using PRINT, PDF and EXPORT buttons respectively.

 V. 15. h EXAMINATION REPORT

The examination report will let us view the rank list for all exams that are conducted. The list will be queued on the basis of class and division. The name of exams can be selected from the subsequent option. 

Step 1. Select the REPORT option from the Menu bar.

Step 2. Click on the EXAMINATION report from the menu.

Step 3. If required can sort by class, division and subject wise. 

Step 4. If required can be sorted according to the ranks or roll numbers.

The sorted report can be printed , saved as PDF or can be exported to an excel file using PRINT, PDF and EXPORT buttons respectively.

 

V. 15. i. SIBLINGS REPORT

 

Detailed reports of siblings studying in the same institution are obtained here, with class and division based sorting. 

Step 1. Select the REPORT option from the Menu bar.

Step 2. Click on the SIBLINGS REPORT  from the menu.

Step 3. If required can sort by class, division and category wise. 

The sorted report can be printed , saved as PDF or can be exported to an excel file using PRINT, PDF and EXPORT buttons respectively.

 V. 15. j. CERTIFICATE TAKEN STUDENTS 

This report gives complete information about the student count and student  information of students  that have taken the certificates shared by the institution. The report is equipped with functionalities of date filter, academic year selection and the certificate type which in turn let us select the class , division , gender and special category based sortings in the obtained results. 

 

This information can be printed, exported or saved as pdf using PRINT, EXPORT and PDF buttons.  

Step 1. Select the REPORT option from the Menu bar.

Step 2. Click on the CERTIFICATE TAKEN STUDENTS option  from the menu.

Step 3. We can select the date filter , academic year and other filters if required. 

Step 4. PRINT, EXPORT and PDF buttons can be used as well. 

 

V. 15. k. CONSOLIDATED MARKSHEET

Consolidated marksheet of every class, with the students names and their exams results for every subject based are obtained here.  

Step 1. Select the REPORT option from the Menu bar.

Step 2. Click on the CONSOLIDATED MARKSHEET  from the menu.

Step 3. Select the class and division . 

The report can be printed or exported to an excel file using PRINT, or EXPORT buttons respectively. An EDIT button is also available for conducting the required edits.

 

V. 15. l. PROMOTION REPORT 

 

This report helps the institution to generate the report for the students promoted in each class according to the exams that are listed in the institution. The report will let us sort the list according to the class , division and exams. This list can be saved as PDF,or exported using the EXPORT button and can print the list using the  PRINT button. 

Step 1. Select the REPORT option from the Menu bar.

Step 2. Click on the PROMOTION REPORT  from the menu.

Step 3. Select the class , division and exam. 

 

V. 15. m. CONSOLIDATED MARK REGISTER 

 

Consolidated mark register gives the complete and organised marksheet of each class with the number of exams done for the class along with the student status at present in accordance with the exam. These registers can be printed, saved as pdf or exported using the PRINT, PDF and EXPORT options. 

Step 1. Select the REPORT option from the Menu bar.

Step 2. Click on the CONSOLIDATED MARK REGISTER from the menu.

Step 3. Select the class and division. 

 

V. 15. n  HOMEWORK REPORT

 

Gives a consolidated report on the homework provided to each class including the options to view the attendees list and the marks obtained by the students.  

Step 1. Select the REPORT option from the Menu bar.

Step 2. Click on the HOMEWORK REPORT  from the menu.

Step 3. Select the class , division, subject, homework type, added by name if required to obtain the complete details.

Step 4. To get an overview of a specified homework assigned , please click on the VIEW button corresponding to the homework name. Which results in the list of attendees and non attendees (on selection) along with their marks. 

Step 5. The attendees list or non attendees list as well as the homework report can be printed, saved as PDF or exported using the PRINT, PDF and EXPORT buttons in the appropriate windows.
