V.9. STUDY MATERIALS
Edusap helps in storing and distributing different sets of notes, study materials and question banks using study material modules.These sets can be sorted according to CLASS,DIVISION and SUBJECT based on the admin and teachers login.
These materials published by the admin or the teacher are available in the student login within the sorted and filtered folder based. Where materials will be classified under the main topics of ALL , and based on the subjects in the class. Each Subject section will again carry different folders named with the chapters and inside each chapter the videos aligned to that chapters will be listed.
V. 9. a. MANAGE CATEGORY
“Categories” are listed with the set of mainstream topics or categories of the specific study materials that are to be shared with the students. Examples like Question papers , Notes, text materials etc.
V. 9. a.i. ADD CATEGORY.
Step 1. Select Study material menu
Step 2. Manage categories create required categories like notes , text etc.
Step 3. Click on ADD CATEGORY.
Step 4. Type in the Category name.
Step 5. Press create.
V. 9. a.ii. DELETE CATEGORY.
Step 1. Select Study material menu
Step 2. Manage categories create required categories like notes , text etc.
Step 3. Click on the DELETE (icon) corresponding to the category.
Step 4. Confirm the delete.
V. 9.b. ADD STUDY MATERIALS.
Step 1. Select Study material menu
Step 2. Select ADD STUDY MATERIALS
Step 3. Type in the title, select the category, academic year, class n division, subject and chapter.
Step 4. Upload the file.
Step 5. Click on PUBLISH NOW or PUBLISH ON SCHEDULE.
Step 6. Press CREATE.

PUBLISH ON SCHEDULE--To publish on a scheduled time.}
V. 9.c. QUESTION POOL
Edusap helps in setting multiple qestion papers as reference models for the students provided with the facility to publish answer key with time references.
Step 1. Select Study material from the menu
Step 2. Select ADD STUDY MATERIALS
Step 3. Type in the title, select the category as QUESTION PAPER, academic year, class and division then the subject.
Step 4. Choose the question paper file.
Step 5. Click on PUBLISH NOW or PUBLISH ON SCHEDULE accordingly.
Step 6. Upload the answer paper file.
Step 7. Click on PUBLISH NOW or PUBLISH ON SCHEDULE accordingly
Step 8. Press CREATE.

Step 1. Select Study material from the menu
Step 2. Select the study material from the list.
Step 3. Click on EDIT.
Step 4. Do the necessary EDITS.
Step 5. Press on UPDATE.

Step 3. Press on the DELETE option.

Step 4. Type in the title, select the category, academic year, class n division, subject and chapter.

Step 6. Click on PUBLISH NOW or PUBLISH ON SCHEDULE.
