V.18. VEHICLE MANAGEMENT
It's possible to manage the institution vehicle and vehicle related staff members using the vehicle management module in Edusap. It's also possible to get the students' lists according to their vehicles and route. Edusap helps in marking the absent students names corresponding to the students list which helps the drivers to know the students details beforehand.
V. 18. a. ADD VEHICLE.
Step 1. Click and open the VEHICLE MANAGEMENT from the menu bar.

Step 2. Click on the VEHICLE MANAGEMENT button.
Step 3. Click on ADD VEHICLE.
Step 4. Add the requested details like Vehicle number, vehicle registration number, vehicle name and vehicle route.
Step 5. Select and assign a driver.
Step 6. Press CREATE VEHICLE.
V. 18.b EDIT VEHICLE.
Step 1. Click and open the VEHICLE MANAGEMENT from the menu bar.

Step 2. Click on the VEHICLE MANAGEMENT button.
Step 3. Click on EDIT (icon) corresponding to the vehicle name.
Step 4. Do the necessary edits .
Step 5. Press UPDATE button.
V. 18. c. DELETE VEHICLE.
Step 1. Click and open the VEHICLE MANAGEMENT from the menu bar.

Step 2. Click on the VEHICLE MANAGEMENT button.
Step 3. Click on EDIT (icon) corresponding to the vehicle name.
Step 4. Click on the DELETE option at the bottom of the vehicle information window.
Step 5. Confirm DELETE.
V. 18. d. ADD DRIVER
Step 1. Click and open the VEHICLE MANAGEMENT from the menu bar.

Step 2. Click on the DRIVER MANAGEMENT button.
Step 3. Click on the ADD DRIVER button.
Step 4.Fill in the details , and don't forget to enter the mandatory information marked with red boxes. {Make sure the staff type is DRIVER}
Step 5 . Click SUBMIT.
V. 18. e. EDIT DRIVER
Step 1. Click and open the VEHICLE MANAGEMENT from the menu bar.

Step 2. Click on the DRIVER MANAGEMENT button.
Step 3. Click on the EDIT(icon) corresponding to the driver name.
Step 4. Click on the EDIT button in the following window.
Step 5. Do the necessary edits.
Step 6. Press SUBMIT.
V. 18. f. DELETE DRIVER.
Step 1. Click and open the VEHICLE MANAGEMENT from the menu bar.

Step 2. Click on the DRIVER MANAGEMENT button.
Step 3. Click on the EDIT(icon) corresponding to the driver name.
Step 4. Click on the DELETE option.
Step 5. Confirm the DELETE.
V. 18. g. STUDENT LISTS.
Step 1. Click and open the VEHICLE MANAGEMENT from the menu bar.

Step 2. Click on the STUDENT LIST (icon) corresponding to the vehicle name.
OR
Step 2. Click on the STUDENT LIST button.
Step 3. Select the vehicle name.
Filtering by present and absent status and also print the list facility is available.
V. 18. h ABSENTEES LISTS.
Step 1. Click and open the VEHICLE MANAGEMENT from the menu bar.

Step 2. Click on the ABSENTEES (icon) corresponding to the vehicle name.
OR
Step 2. Click on the STUDENT LIST button.
Step 3. Select the vehicle name.
Step 4. Filter and choose ABSENTEES.
Filtering by present and absent status and also print the list facility is available.
V. 18. i. DRIVER LOGIN.
Edusap provides individual login to driver staff.
V. 18. g. PRESENT LISTS.
Step 1. Login to the DRIVER account.
Step 2. Click on the PRESENT LIST option.
Step 3. Select the date.
Step 4.if required a print can be taken using the Print button.
V. 18. h ABSENTEES LISTS.
Step 1. Login to the DRIVER account.
Step 2. Click on the ABSENT LIST option.
Step 3. Select the date.
Step 4.if required a print can be taken using the Print button.
The driver login also has options like EVENT notifications(Refer V.1.c) and Notice board (Refer V.1.b)
