II. EDUSAP LOGIN TYPES

EDUSAP provides majorly three types of login.

  1. Admin login
  2. Staff Login
  3. Student login.

II.1 ADMIN LOGIN 

 

The first and foremost login is the ADMINISTRATION or INSTITUTION login. 

It's the basic login after the sign up.

 

II.1 .a. Login to Admin Profile. 

 

Step 1. An admin can login using a web application using the www.edusap.com web page, and the login button in there.  

Step2. Fill in the  EDUSAP login  credentials including the USERNAME and PASSWORD in the appropriate boxes. (Mail ID registered and the password created) 

 

II. 2 STAFF LOGINS  

After addition of staff and students to the account, ADMIN can provide individual logins to Staff and Students. In staff login there can be separate logins for The Principal, Teachers, Receptionist and Driver. 

 

II. 2 .a. Login to Staff and Students Profiles.

 

Step 1. Download the android or IOS  EDUSAP application or use the web portal www.edusap.com .

Step 2. Use the institution provided login credentials, including USERNAME and PASSWORD.

 (the password is case sensitive)

 

II. 2 .a. i. Principal Login. 

 

This login provides a complete overview of the institution and as well the principal can perform their individual tasks using the application.For eg, Using the Principal login, they can monitor the attendance status of each class, class who did perform the attendance activity will be gathered in green and the rest will be coloured in red Principal login is available as Web as well as Android or IOS mobile applications. 

 

II. 2 .a. ii. Teachers Login.

 

This login helps the teacher to perform their individual tasks to the allotted classes , as per the permissions (refer V.19.f. ) given to them. Both Mobile and Web applications are available for the teachers, which will in turn help them in keeping track of their class attendance, marksheets, updates and other activities  without any restrictions or time limits.

 

II. 2 .a. iii. Driver login 

 

Individual logins are provided to drivers to monitor and know the students availability in their buses and to know the absentees list, so can save time and human efforts. 

 

II .a. iv. Reception Login.

 

Receptionists with modules or features helping to create and monitor visitors lists, and generating visitors pass and transfer certificates and are able to keep the relevant telephone directories for the institution.  

 

II.3 . STUDENTS/PARENTS LOGIN

 

II. 3. a. Student’s/Parents Login.

 

Each student is given an individual login to them, which can be used to access the different resources provided by the institution ,like watching the listed videos , study materials, easy submission of assignments, and attending the exams for free.


The same login can be made use of by their parents to get to know their child’s day to day progress And will help in realising their child’s true potential.
