V.11. HOME WORK
With the EDUSAP homework module it's easy to generate different sets of learning and curricular activities like assignments , daily homework etc.
V. 11. a. TYPES OF HOMEWORK.
It's Possible to create the required set of HOMEWORK TYPES, in advance. By using the admin login or the teacher’s login.
V.11.a.i ADD HOME WORK TYPE IN ADMIN LOGIN
Step 1. Click on the HOMEWORK MODULE from the menu bar.
Step 2. Click on the MANAGE HOMEWORK TYPE.
Step 3. Click ADD HOMEWORK TYPE .
Step 4. Type in the names of homework types.
Step 5. Press CREATE.
V. 11. a.ii ADD HOME WORK TYPE IN TEACHER’S LOGIN
Step 1. Click on the HOMEWORK MODULE from the menu bar.
Step 2. Click on the MANAGE HOMEWORK TYPE.
Step 3. Click ADD HOMEWORK TYPE .
Step 4. Type in the names of homework types.
Step 5. Press CREATE.
V. 11. a.iii. DELETE HOMEWORK TYPE.
Step 1. Click on the HOMEWORK MODULE from the menu bar.
Step 2. Click on the MANAGE HOMEWORK TYPE.
Step 3. Click on the DELETE (Icon).
Step 4. Confirm the DELETE.
V. 11. b. ADD HOMEWORK
Using teachers login or admin login we can create homework and can be assigned to the classes or individuals.
Step 1. Select the HOMEWORK option from the Menu Bar.
Step 2. Select the class and division.
Step 3. Select the ADD HOMEWORK button.
Step 4. If it's to individuals , then tick the TO INDIVIDUALS radio button then select the STUDENTS.
Step 5. Select the homework type and subject.
Step 6. Add a title and due date for submission.
Step 7. You can also add a message to the students in the message column,
Step 8. Any other files also can be added to the assignment using the CHOOSE FILE option.
Step 9. If you want to publish now, tick the PUBLISH button.
Step 10. Press the CREATE button.
V. 11. c. SUBMISSION OF HOMEWORK.
From a student login we can submit a HOME WORK.
Step 1. Select the HOMEWORK option from the menu bar.
Step 2.Select the subject.
Step 3. Click the homework.
Step 4. If you have any queries, use the text box to communicate with your teacher
Step 5. You can use the text box to write and submit the homework as well.
Step 6. Submit other files using the CHOOSE FILE option.
V. 11. d. EVALUATION OF HOMEWORK.
We can evaluate a homework from a teachers login or admin login
Step 1. Select the HOMEWORK option from the menu bar.
Step 2. Select the class and division.
Step 3. Select or search the SUBJECTS and HOMEWORK TYPE using the search options. Step 4. From the listed homeworks select the HOMEWORK.
Step 5. Click on the individual names of the students from the coming set of students who submitted the homework.
Step 6. OPEN HOMEWORK button to open the homework.
Step 7. Evaluate the homework and then press ADD MARKS.
Step 8. Then POST.
V.11.e. ATTENDEES AND NON ATTENDEES.
It's easy to obtain the attendees and non attendees lists for every homework assignment.
Step 1. Select the HOMEWORK option from the menu bar.
Step 2. Select the class and division.
Step 3. Select or search the SUBJECTS and HOMEWORK TYPE using the search options. Step 4. From the listed homeworks select the HOMEWORK.
Step 5. Click the NON ATTENDERS or ATTENDEES button to get the nonattenders list and attendees list with their marks.
V. 11. f. EDIT THE HOMEWORK
The option to edit the homework by the teachers and admin is also possible.
Step 1. Select the HOMEWORK option from the menu bar.
Step 2. Select the class and division.
Step 3. Select or search the SUBJECTS and HOMEWORK TYPE using the search options.
Step 4. Click on the EDIT (pencil icon).
Step 5. Do the necessary edits.
Step 6. Click UPDATE.
V. 11. g. DELETE A HOMEWORK
Step 1. Select the HOMEWORK option from the menu bar.
Step 2. Select the class and division.
Step 3. Select or search the SUBJECTS and HOMEWORK TYPE using the search options.
Step 4. Click on the EDIT (pencil icon).
Step 5. Click the DELETE option.
Step 6. Confirm the Delete.
