V.4 ONLINE ADMISSION

EDUSAP helps the education institution to set admission links, that can be accessed globally from any part of the world and submit their applications real time.

 

V. 4. a. i SETTING ONLINE ADMISSION LINK

 

EDUSAP helps to get admissions from anywhere, by using an online admission portal.Classes to which the admissions are started can be marked and made available.

Step 1. Select the ONLINE ADMISSION option. 

Step 2.  Click the SETTINGS option in the same window.
Step 3. Tick the classes to which admission is open.

Step 4. Click UPDATE. 

Step 5. Copy the link. 

Step 6. Share the link via different platforms.

 

V. 4. a.ii TAKING ONLINE ADMISSIONS.

 

Edusap helps the institution to take the admissions without any struggle or hussles , just by using a single link , that can be shared globally and can be filled and applications sent from any part of the world. 

 

V. 4. a. iii ADMITTING OR REJECTING ONLINE ADMISSION SEEKERS.

 

Students applied using the online admission can be admitted or rejected with simple steps. 

Step 1. Select the ONLINE ADMISSION from the menu bar.

Step 2. In the PENDING LIST, change status to APPROVED or REJECT accordingly.

Step 3. Once APPROVED, click on the icon for ADMIT, provide class , division etc.

 

V. 4. b. ACTIONS IN STUDENT ALLOTMENT

 

Edusap online admission permits the admin to approve, reject and admit the applications from students. Steps in doing the process are as listed.  

Step 1. Select the ONLINE ADMISSION button from the menu.

Step 2. Move on to the Online admission page.
(all applications will be listed in the pending list.)

Step 3. To approve or reject the applications, click on the change status icon corresponding to the student name. Change the status.
Step 4. To admit a student, click on the ADMIT icon corresponding to the student name, select the appropriate division and admission number prefix , tick the box if need to share a welcome message then choose the applicable fees. 

Step 5. Click UPDATE. 

 

V. 4. c. ADMISSION SUMMARY 

 

Admin login, Principal login and the Reception login is provided with a detailed summary of the current academic year admission happened in the institution. 

The module is listed with four graphical representations including NEW ADMISSION COUNT, NEW ADMISSION SUMMARY, ADMISSION COUNT (total) and ADMISSION SUMMARY (total)

This module also has easy access buttons to take NEW ADMISSIONS (Refer V.4.a.ii ) , ONLINE ADMISSION (Refer V.4.a.iii) and a detailed ADMISSION REPORT (Refer V.15.b.)
