V.8. LIVE VIDEO MODULE
Edusap has a very promising and reliable live video streaming module which will help the institution's admin or the teachers to schedule live classes and the students to join the class without the difficulties of using different applications.
Major steps in using live video module:
1. Configure zoom login keys to edusap login.
2. Schedule live video class to appropriate classes.
3. Join the live classes.
V. 8. a. ZOOM INTEGRATION
To initiate a live video class through Edusap, the primary step is to configure a zoom login to Edusap application.
Step 1. Create a zoom account using your email id in https://zoom.us/
Step 2. Goto https://marketplace.zoom.us/develop/create and create 2 apps (a.JWT app and b. SDK app.)
Step 3. Collect the API key, API secret key , SDK key and SDK secret key.
Step 4. Go to the “Live Video” module
Step 5. Enter your Email Id for Zoom account.
Step 6. Enter your API key, API secret key, SDK key and SDK secret key.
Step 7. And submit.
(Same steps can be used in teacher login)
Admin can configure live video platforms for teachers by the following steps.
Step 1. Create a zoom account for teachers using their email id in https://zoom.us/
Step 2. Goto https://marketplace.zoom.us/develop/create and create 2 apps (a.JWT app and b. SDK app.)
Step 3. Collect the API key, API secret key , SDK key and SDK secret key.
Step 4. Go to the “Live Video” module
Step 5. Click on the teachers list. Then list of teachers with manage video stream permissions(IV.19.f) are listed
Step 6. Click on the ADD ZOOM ACCOUNT button near the teacher's name.
Step 7. Add the SDK and API keys.
Step Then save.
V. 8. a. ADDING ZOOM VIDEO STREAM
A live video stream can be scheduled using the following steps if the zoom login is integrated.
V. 8. a.i ADDING VIDEO STREAM BY ADMIN LOGIN
Step 1. Select the LIVE VIDEO button from the menu bar.
Step 2. Click on the ADD STREAM button.
Step 3. Select the DIVISIONS by ticking on their name.
Step 4. Select the teacher or the benefactor
Step 5. Give and Time and Date to which the video to be scheduled.
Step 6. Add a description if required .
Step 7. Tick the PUBLISH button and press SAVE.
V. 8. a.ii ADDING VIDEO STREAM BY TEACHER LOGIN
Step 1. Select the LIVE VIDEO button from the menu bar.
Step 2. Click on the ADD STREAM button.
Step 3. Select the DIVISIONS by ticking on their name.
Step 4. Give and Time and Date to which the video to be scheduled.
Step 5. Add a description if required .
Step 6. Tick the PUBLISH button and press SAVE.
V.8.b. GOOGLE MEET INTEGRATION
Edusap allows to integrate the google meet platform to the application, so the institution can be delivered with an effective live video. There is no specific steps to integrate the google meet to the application, they can be used in simple method as follows
Step 1. Go to google meet window.
Step 2. Create a google meet link, that is to be shared with the students. And copy them.
Step 3. Go to the Edusap application.
Step 4. Click on the ADD STREAM button.
Step 5. Enter the topic (topic of the class or some that will help the student to recognise the class)
Step 6. Paste the google meet link in the link box.
Step 7. Select the class and division.
Step 8. Select the subject.
Step 9. Enter start and end date and time. And description.
Step 10. Can Send push notification to students by selecting the send push notification button.
Step 11. Tick publish now or publish on schedule (if selected then mention the scheduled time and date) according to the need.
Step 12. Then press SAVE.
V. 8. b. i ADDING VIDEO STREAM BY TEACHER LOGIN USING GOOGLE MEET
Step 1. Go to google meet window.
Step 2. Create a google meet link, that is to be shared with the students. And copy them.
Step 3. Go to the Edusap application.
Step 4. Click on the ADD STREAM button.
Step 5. Enter the topic (topic of the class or some that will help the student to recognise the class)
Step 6. Paste the google meet link in the link box.
Step 7. Select the class and division.

Step 10. Can Send push notification to students by selecting the send push notification button.

Step 12. Then press SAVE.
V. 8. c. JOINING LIVE VIDEO BY STUDENT LOGIN
Students can join the video without any trouble.
Step 1. Select the LIVE VIDEO button from the menu bar.
Step 2. Select the subject or from the All list click on “Go to Live” button on the required live class.
Step 3. Live video will automatically join the class.
V. 8. d. LIVE CLASS SUMMARY
Edusap helps the institution to gather the live class summary reports including their class , roll no, Total video class created, Active live class, Ended class, Non initiated class all sorts of reports will be available in the list.
Step 1. Go to the Video Stream module in the left menu.
Step 2. Click the Live class summary module.
Step 3. Select the appropriate details required.
Step 4. Select the class, division, Subject and Teachers as per the requirements.
Step 5. The Export and Print options are also available. As well the datas can be filtered according to the desired dates.
V.8.e. LIVE ATTENDANCE
Edusap will give the privilege to gather student details , who have attended the live classes.
Step 1. Select the Video stream module from the menu bar.
Step 2. Click on the Video stream option (Google meet or Zoom).
Step 3. Find the desired video. After selecting the class and subjects.
Step 4. Click on the LIVE DETAILS button on the video.
Step 5. Student details are listed here.
